And, representing the people,
the party here stands for the state.
No man can lightttilly plead a

him a debt. We have the right to
demand his services, if, in our
opinion, he he tUe best qualified to
serve the public interests, but he
has only discharged his plain and

It he had already furnished

A man talks about owning his
business. But as a matter of fact
his business owns him. His
whole life is regulated by the
demands of the husiness. The
time at which he rises, his break
fast hour, the time given to meals,
are all detern ined by business
obligations. He rushes through
lun h because he “can't spare the
time from business’’ to eat leisurely.
He won't take a rest because be is
needed at the store or office. He
is in fact an absolute slave to bus
iness. The results which follow
this slavery are to be seen on every

nervous, with drawn faces, ant

are taken away by heart failure
Those who cannot escape the
exactions of business will find a
friend in Dr Pierce’s Golden
Medical Discovery. It strength
ens the stomach, increases the
action of the blood making glands,
increasing the vitality and physi
cal vigor. It makes men strong
and prevents those business bre; k
downs which so often terminate
fatally.

Men and women alike have to work
incessantly with brain and hand to

,\cre rtie demands of business, the
wants of the family, the requi euieuts
of society more numerous. The first
effect of tile praise wort by e ’ ort to

rated condition of the nervous system,
which r* suits in dyspepsia, defective
nutrition of both body and brain,
and in extreme cases in complete

sustain the system, give vigor and

on all the vital organs, builds up the

Indigestion Causes
CatarrH of the
Stomach.
For many years it has been supposed that
Catarrh of the Stomach caused indigestion
and dyspepsia, but the truth is exactly the
opposite. Indigestion causes catarrh. Re
peated attacks of indigestion inflames the
mucous membranes lining the stomach and
exposes the nerves of the stomach, thus caus
ing the glands to secrete mucin instead of
the juices of natural digestion. This is
called Catarrh of the Stomach.
Kodol Dyspepsia Cure
relieves all inflammation of the mucous
membranes lining the stomach, protects the
nerves, and cures bad breath, sour risings, a
sense of fullness after eating, indigestion,
dyspepsia and all stomach troubles.
Kodol Digests What You Eat
Make the Stomach Sweet.
