SOLAR COOKING
Physical Science students at Crisp Academy recently studied conduction, convec
tion and radiation. To illustrate the concept of radiation, the ninth graders created
mini solar cookers and used them to melt chocolate for smores. Lab partners Rainey
Godwin (I), of Turner County, Anna Cook and Daniel Bailey work with their solar ovens.
