2003, JIMMY FELTON and
INEZ MAG ALINE FELTON,
("Felton") executed a Promis
sory Note (“Note”) and Deed to
Secure Debt (“Deed”) for
$234,057.60 payable to Jim
Walter Homes, Inc., conveying
property described in Exhibit
"A", and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of Superior Court
of Turner County, Georgia, in
Deed Book 188, page 685, both
of which were subsequently as
signed to The Bank of New
York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of
New York, as trustee for Mid-
State Capital Corporation
2004-1, as servicer with dele
gated authority, ("Bank of
NY") by Assignment dated July
19, 2017, and recorded in
aforesaid Clerk's Office.
Default has been made in the
installment payments due for
August 2016 and all months
subsequent thereto. Bank of
NY declared the entire unpaid
indebtedness due and payable
in accordance with the terms of
said Note, and the same has not
been paid.
The Deed provides that when
the Note secured thereby be
comes due and is not paid, that
said property may be sold be
fore the Courthouse door of
Turner County, Georgia, upon
Bank of NY first giving notice
of the place and terms of such
sale (1) time a week for (4)
weeks in the newspaper in
which the Sheriffs advertise
ments are published, and where
said property is located.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant
to the powers contained
therein, the property will be
sold before the Courthouse
door in Turner County, Geor
gia, at public outcry on the first
Tuesday in October 2017, be
tween the legal hours of sale.
US Bank will convey title to
the purchaser as attorney-in-
fact for Turner. The money de
rived from the sale will be
applied: first to the expenses of
said sale; secondly, to the
amount due on said Note; and
the balance, if any, shall be
paid to Felton.

The Scope of Work Includes:
Leveling and Resurfacing Sun
Story Road, Coley Street, Byrd
Street, Amelia Avenue, East
Inaha Road, Carter Road, and
High Hill Road
All proposals shall be accom
panied by a Bid Bond in favor
of Turner County in the amount
of at least five percent (5%) of
the lump sum bid for the com
plete work: such Bid Bond rep
resenting that the Bidder, if
awarded a Contract, will
promptly enter into a Contract
and furnish Performance Bond
and Payment Bonds as pro
vided by the law and approved
by the Attorney for Turner
County. Performance Bond
shall be equal to 100 Percent
(100%) of the contract amount
and Payment Bond shall be
equal to 100 percent (100%) of
the Contract amount.
All work on the project must be
completed by December 31,
2017 and within 90 consecutive
calendar days of date of Notice
to Proceed.

(non-refundable). Specifica

County Board of Commission
ers prior to bids being opened.
A copy of the Contractor’s
“Notice of
Contractor Qualification” as is
sued by the Georgia Depart
ment of Transportation or a
copy of an approval letter from
the Turner County Board of
Commissioners must be sub
mitted with the bid.
The Georgia Department of
Transportation Standard Speci
fications, 2013 Edition, any ap
plicable
Supplemental Specifications,
Special Provisions, or any other
provision contained within this
contract will be applicable to
this project. All materials,
workmanship, testing, etc. shall
meet the Georgia Department
of
Transportation Specifications.
The Owner reserves the right to
reject all bids and to waive in
formalities, and to accept any
Bid which in its opinion may
be in the best interest of the
Owner. The Owner has the
right to add or to delete from
the Contract once it has been
awarded. No bids shall be with
drawn for a period of 60 days
after the opening of the bids.
