Dickenson of Dothan Ala. is visiting her son Mr. Ik C. Diokcnson. Edwin Cohen after a week’s stay in this city returned Tuesday to his home in Savannah. Miss Louise Bruton leaves next week for Hinson. Fla., where she will visit Miss Emmie Hiuson. Miss .Tone Munerlyn who has been visiting relatives in Macon re turned to her homo last week. Miss Anna Tonge will leave' in a few days for DeFuniao Springe where she will spend some time. J. S. B. Grossman, representing a Columbus firm, has been in the city this week displaying winter goodB and suits. Mrs. T. E. Thrower, of Atlanta, arrived in the city Wednesday and will spend the winter at the Bon Air Hotel. The Misses Nussbaum complimen ted the Basket (tall team with a straw ride and sugar boiling Tues day afternoon. Mrs. Alice Nixon and Miss Alice Brown, of Wnyoross, will arrive in tho city to speud some time with relatives. Geo. C. Stiles of Cartcrsville ar rived this week with a string of fine raco horses which he will quarter here for the winter. J.
