A Proclamation.
GEORGIA:—ByJ. M. Terrell, Governor
of said State.
Whereas, Official information has
been received at this Department that
on tho Kith day of August *1899. in the
county of Decatur, one Noah McRay
committed murder upon the person of
John J. Clarke and escaped and is now
a fugitive from justice.
1 have thought proper, therefore, to
issue this my Pspclamation, hereby- of
fering a reward el One Hundred Dollars
for the apprehension and delivery of
Noah Mi liar with evidence to convict,
to Hie sheriff of said county and state.
And l ho. moreover, charge amt re
quire all officers in this state, civic aad
military, to be vigilant in endeavoring
to apprehend the said Noah Mcliay in
order that he may be brought to trial
for the offense with which he stands
charged. Given under mv liaud and
seal of the State, this the 110th day of
November 1H0H.
