Decatur County Fair
At the meeting at the court

xhibits to Tifton. To be more

Temporary officials were elect-

George H. Fields as President
and Mr. W. 0. Fleming Secre-

will be made by electing officers

The farmers are again urged
to begin preparing their lands
now for the exhibits; also to be
gin selecting their stock, poultry
and everything else they propose
to bring so as to have plenty
time in which to make the best
possible showing. Just here it
would be well enough to state
that Mr. Fields can give direc

manner that has made one coun
ty in Virginia famous for produc
ing what is claimed to be the
best ham in the world.
The plans of organization will
be given later, when it is confi
dently expected that everybody
in Decatur county will become
thoroughly interested in having
one of the best fairs ever seen
in Georgia.

GRAND JURY
PRESENTMENTS
BAINBRIDGE, ga.
HON. FRANK PARK,
JUDGE SUPERIOR COURT,
1 • . DECATUR COUNTY.
DEAR SIR:-
The Grand Jury having com
pleted its deliberations begs to
report its findings in the following*
general and special presentments.
We find all the county records
kept in a neat and workmanlike
mannei, but did not undertake
to check the mony accounts with
the view to ascertaining their
accuracy. This duty will, as
usual, devolve on the body to
succeed us.
The books of the notaries pub-
lie are in the main correct. Some
clerical errors, there are, but we
find nothing to warrant adverse
criticism except the tendency on
the part of many of these offi-

young trees just beginning to
