AN ORDINANCE.
Ordinance Passed at Regular
Monthly Session of the Town
Council of Brinson, Ga.,
Held on 1st, Day of
January, 1912.
Be it ordained by the Town
Council of Brinson, and it is
hereby ordained by the authority
of the same, that from and after
the passage ot this ordinance it
shall be unlawful for any one to
run or drive an automobile any
where within the limits of the
town at a greater speed than fit-
teen (15) miles per hour, aid
anv one so offending shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding
$25.00, or to labor on the streets
not exceeding 30 days, or both
in the discretion of the mayor.
