presented to me by the above defend
anis in which they allege that a cer
tain deed made and executed by J. F.
Joiner, deceased, to Javis Jones, de
ceased, dated October 26, 1880, to lot
No. 382 in the 2lst district, Decatur
county, Ga ; which said deed having
been destroyed, you ure, therefore
called upon to Bhow cause, if any you
have, at the Superior court to be held
in and for said county on the 11th day
of November, 1912, why said copy of
deed should not be established in lieu
of the original.

Judge of the said court, this the 6th
day of September, 1912.
