tain deed made and executed by J. F.
Joiner, deceased, to Javis Jones, de
ceased, dated October 26, 1880, to lot
No. 382 in the 21st district, Decatur
county, Ga.; which said deed having
been destroyed, you are, therefore
called upon to show cause, if any you
have, at the Superior court to be held
in and for said county on the 11th day
of November, 1912, why said copy of
deed should not be established in lieu
of the original.

Columbia, S. C., where he at
tended the National Congrsss on
Pellagra. 'There is a world-wide
movement by the most eminent
physicians to discover the cause
as well as the cure of this dread
ful disease. So far they have
not discovered the cause, lut
efforts will be continued until it
is found. After the cause has
been found the remedy will be
discovered. Dr. Chason said the
meeting was a rax-t interesting
one throughout.
