THE PLAN Every subscriber taken for the Post-Search Light COUNTS. No subscription may be taken for less than $1.00 (or one year in length), and none for over $10,00 (or ten years). THIS APPLIES TO BOTH NEW AND OLD SUBSCRIBERS. Both NEW and OLD subscriptions, and the collection of all old subscription accounts, counts. The same number of votes is given with a renewal or payment of back accounts, as is given with a new subscription. RULES No employe of this paper is eligible to compete. Corre spondents MAY compete. Contestants may nominate themselves or be nominated by friends without cost. Votes cannot be transferred or purchased. In case of a tie for any prize, the value of the prize tied for will be equally divided between those tying.
