It’s re markably soothing, healing and tonic properties seem to benefit everyone from the start. Many of our most popular and reliable citizens are enthusiastically prais ing the great medicine. One of our prominent business men told the reporter of this article that while he did not want his name published, Globe Tonic has prov en a great blessing to hun. He said: “I have used but one bottle of Globe Tonic, but it has done me SO hiuch good that 1 would have it if I had to pay $5 a bottle for it. I was all bloated very much, but that has all gone down. I was very nervous and had severe rheumatic pains in different parts of my body, but the pains have ceased and I am no longer nervous. I shall keep on taking the tonic until I know the cure is permanent.” Samples free—$100 bottles 50c (3 for $125) Saturday Feb. 25 is last day at advertising price. NOTICE! A. Reynolds, dated at Brinson, Ga., Feb. 7th, 1916, relative to the cold blooded murder of my husband, Mr. John Reynolds on the 12th dav of March, 1915, is being circulated throughout the county, and pub lished in the county paper. I have nothing to do with poli tics, but I feel that the erron eous impression created by the circular should be corrected. On the night of the 12th day of March, 1915 my husband was foully murdered in his home, by an unknown person. He had wronged no man, and certainly no man had the right to shoot him in his own home, without giving him a moments notice of his untimely end. The sheriff, Mr. S. W. Martin, was immediately notified, and came to the home of my dead husband at once, bringing blood hounds, supposedly for the pur pose of tracking the murderer. However, for some reason, un known to me, no real effort was made to locate the criminal. The blood hounds were not even tak en from the 'car jn which they I W$r§ brought to the scene of the murder. Not the slightest effort was made to track or trace the murderer on that fatal night. The tracks were fresh, and I 1 know of no reason why they could not have been trailed, but the dogs were not even taken from the car. If any effort has been made by the Sheriff’s Office to apprehend the murderer, I have no knowl edge of it, and never heard of it until I read the circular which purports to be signed by Mr. R. A. Reynolds. That circular says, “Being the father of Mr. John Reynolds, the most interested party of this terrible crime’’. I am the widow of Mr. John Rey nolds, and the mother of his Innocent baby, and it seems to me that I am the most interested party to this terrible Grime, If the people of Decatur comi ty fed that their sheriff has per formed his duty, then they may voteior him. I know that he has not performed his duty, and I would never consent for him to hold any office. Most respectfully, Mrs. John T. Reynolds Reynoldsville, Ga: Feb., 15,1915. (Adv.)
