Friends of Candidates, Notice! Your Subscription, if paid Before 2 P. M. Satur
day Feb. 26th, will give your friend in the race more votes than if paid during any of the remainder of the
contest. So “come across” with your subscription now. This contest ends Saturday, March 11, at 2 p. m.
It is impossible for any candidate whose name is in the race to call on each and every friend personally
and ask for their subscription. You look over the list of candidates and mail it to the Contest Manager, Lock
Box 314 Bainbridge, and credit will be given to your favorite in the race for the $440 FORD AUTO.

Extra votes were won as follows Saturday by candidates turn
ing in the greatest, second, third, fourth, filth, sixth, seventh,
eighth, greatest number or NEW subscriptions; Miss Fannie
Brockett, 100,000; Mrs. Edna Williams, 00,0(H); Miss Ona Franklin.
80,000; Miss Rosa Swicord, 70,000; Miss Autrey Mock, and Mr.
Frank Moore, who tied for the fifth greatest number of new sub
scriptions. 60,000 votes, each: Miss Velma I'l'urnage, 50.000; the
Misses Pauline Kelly, Evelyn Hanna, and Margaret Webb, tied,
40,000 votes each; the Misses Zudie Mills, and Nell Wheeler, tied,
30 000 votes, each. .

Extra votes were won as follows last Saturday by candidates

EXTRA VOTE OFFER THIS WEEK MUCH LESS.
To the candidate that turns in the GREATEST NUMBER and
the SECOND GREATEST NUMBER of NEW subscriptions this
week will go 50,000 and 25,000 extra votes each; while 50,000 and
25,000 votes will go to the candidates turning in the greatest
and second greatest amounts of OLD business. THERE WILL BE
NO EXTRA VOTES OF ANYjsORT GIVEN AFTER THIS WEEK.
All extra votes won have been counted in the standings in this
week’s paper.
THE FIRST MAY BE LAST.
The HIGHEST candidate in this week’s issue has397,875 votes.
The LOWEST has 61.875, a DIFFERENCE of 336,000 but with
lOO.OtiO votes given with a 10 year subscription, the DIFFERENCE
FADES AWAY WITH THREE TEN YEAR SUBSCRIPTIONS, so
we can really and truly say that ANY WORKER can STILL WIN
the $475 Ford Auto. NO WORKER THAT WILL WORK IS SO
FAR BACK THAT HE (OR SHE) CAN’T EASILY TAKE THE
LEAD, so truly the "first may be last, and the last FIRST” when
the final wind up comes.
