FAIRCHILD FACTS Miss Reuben Brunson, of Don- sonville, came home with Misses Nellie and Birdie Mae Saunders last Friday to spend several days. The entertainment given at Mrs. W. P. Colemans’ last Fri day night was very much enjoy ed by all present. Dr. J. A. B. Sikes, and Mr. Benton George, of Iron City, called on Mr. D. Turnage, last week on business. Charlie Perry Eagerton, of B'inso.i visited his sister, Miss Ozella Eagerton at Fairchild last week. Mr. Roland Reynolds and Rev. Bluett, of Brinson, were in our neighborhood last week. A. J. McMullen went to Fla., last week on business. Messrs. Joe Johnson and Mil- ton Shingler, of Donalsonville, passed through our neighborhood last week. Dew berries are in prime now on the old Chattahoochee river and my! the pies are just fine. Mr. Will Jackson left for his home in Ponce De Leon, Fla., last Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Edd Clark, visit ed Mrs. D. Turnage Sunday. Quite a crowd enjoyed a short pleasure trip to Butler’s Ferry Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Jno Dunn, of Donalsonville, were the guests of Mr, and Mrs, C. G. Coleman last week. Messrs. Will and Bunk Rey nolds and sister, Miss Bert, at tended the Union Meeting at Spring Creek last Sunday. Braendar Tires, are guaranteed for 5.000 miles. P. T. Rich. PINE HILL NEWS Our Sunday school is progress ing nicely and we ha ^e fifty-five on the roll. Messrs. D. W. Lane and J. S. Lovett attended Union Meeting at Spring Creek Friday and Saturday they reported a good meeting. Miss Pearl Crawford spent Thursday with Rebecca and De- Lacie Lovett. Mr. J. D. Lane and family and nephew attended the Primitive Meeting at Rock Pond Saturday. Mr. J. H. Heard accompanied Miss Dollie Thompson to Sun day school last Sunday after noon. Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Nawls and little son James Clarence, spent Saturday night and Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Lovett. Miss Idell Powell is spend ing the week with Miss Fannie Mae Duke of Near Bethel. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Crawford and children Ira Emmet and Mittie spent Saturday night and Sunday with relatives near Bab cock. Mrs. Hester Culbreth spent the last of the week with her niece Mrs. H, Phillips of near Gyrene. Miss Minnie Brown spent last Saturday night with Pearl Craw ford.
