H-Coombs was hostess of the silk stocking club on Fri day morning at her home on Shotwell street, Mrs. Pearl Myers made high score, those playing were; Mrs. Mercer Baggs, Mrs. H. L. Tonge. Mrs. H. L. Gans, Mrs. Pearl Myers, Mis. C. L. Harrell. Mrs. H. H. Coombs, Mrs. J. D. Gray, Miss Stella Nuss- baum. Mrs. Robert H. May entertain ed Mrs. Harry Gammage, Miss Stella Nussbaum Messrs. Carl D. Miss Sara Jones of Dawson is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Sharp. Mrs. W. J. Crom has returned from Lanark, Fla. "on the Gulf” after entertaining a house party for the past two weeks. Richardson has re turned from Gainesville, Ga. where he was called on account of the illness ot his wife. Misses Myrtle and Blanche Komman, Messrs. W. O. Lump kin, W. S. Poole, Geo. Collier, and Dan Porter motored to Thomasville on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Gus Komman left Thursday for a weeks visit to Mr. and Mrs. I. N. Kornman in Valdosta, Ga. Mr. and Mrs. Geo H. Fields and Mrs. Theresa D. Caldwell left Monday morning for an ex tended tour of principal western cities. Mrs. Douglas Harrell and daughter Mary Elizabeth, are spending the week with relatives in Moultrie, Ga. Mr. Joe Harrison of Columbus, Ga. spent Friday in Bainbridge on business. Miss Randell of Lake City, Fla. arrived Saturday to be the guest of her sister Mrs. G. R. Brinson. Mr. Lensie G, Papy spent Sun day with relatives in Tallahassee, Fla. Mr. Harry C. Gammage re turned Wednesday after a busi ness trip to Atlanta. Mas. Harry C. Gammage was hostess to the Monday afternoon Sewing Club at the home of her mother Mrs. W. J. Crom. After business meeting a delightful ice course was served. T hose present were Mesdames. H. L. Gans, M. H. Nussbaum, Lester A. Friedman, Laurell Tonge, Max Nussbaum. Gus T. Weil, and Misses Stella Nussbaum and Blanch Kornman. The Temple Guild called its monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. Lester Friedman on Wed nesday afternoon. After the business meeting a social hour was enjoyed. Those present were, Mesdames Dave Cohen, H. B. Ehrlich, I. Kwilecki, Max Nussbaum, Gus T. Weil, S. Seigle, I. Kahn, H. L. Miss Florence Hawes is at tending the Georgia commence ment at Athens, Ga. as the guest of Mr. Edwin Perry Jr. Mrs. Fred Brooks of Blakeley, Ga. is the guest of her parents Col. and Mrs. T. S. Hawes. Mi. Melvin H. Nussbaum re turned Tuesday after an extend ed business trip to Northern and Eastern cities.
