Marion Bradley and Oscar Cook, of Grandridge, Fla., attended the sing at Spring Creek Church last Sunday. Mr. Joe Spooner, visited re latives at Sneads, Fla., last week. Mr. Frank Pope was hurt last week by a tree jumping off the stump. We are glad he was not serously hurt. Little Malcome Blomfiela, got seriously hurt in a saw mill lasj week. His hand was badly hurt. The writer does not know exactly how bad he was hurt, but we hope he will come through it alright. Messrs. Boyd Turnage and James Coleman, took in the Port St. Joe excursion. Mrs. A. J. McMullen and Mrs. W. P. Coleman, and Miss Vel ma Turnage, enjoyed a delight ful plum hunt in the river swamp last week. Messrs. Stones, of Sneads passed through here last week. Mrs. R. F. Watt, spent Sun day with Mrs. P. E. Turnage. Mr. J. T. Williams, of Steam Mill, attended the sing at Spring Creek Sunday. Miss Ruth Voorhies, has re turned home from Columbia, Tenn., dfter a pleasant trip to the eastern states. She can’t remember every incident of pleasure on her trip, but she says she never had a better time in her life. ELDORENDO DOTS Mr. James Toole, of Colquitt, was in our midst Thursday. Mrs. W. J. Pridgen returned Thursday from Colquitt where she has been attending her sick sister Mrs. Toole. Mr. Herman Dean was in Bain- bridge Monday on business. Dr. Moore, Messrs. Haddon, May, and Barber of Bainbridge were here a short while Friday afternoon. Miss Lanie Powell has for her guest this week, Miss Esther Gilbert, of near Colquitt. Mrs. J. G. Powell left Wednes day for the Bainbridge Hospital to undergo an operation. Hope she will Ihave a complete re covery. Mr. A. C. Cottle of Bridgeboro was mingling with friends here Saturday and Sunday. Quite a number from here en joyed the foot-washing at the Primitive church at White’s Bridge Sunday. Mr. Maurice Valentine was in Bainbridge Tuesday on busi ness. Mr. H. J. Thames of near Whigham was with friends here a short while Sunday. Mr. M. V. Franklin made a business trip to Bainbridge last Sunday. Miss Reba Stavely of Harmony community was the guest of Mrs. Mattie Whigham a few days last week. Mr. R. Meichem, of Boydville was here Thursday and Friday. M. V.
