It is often the case that a citi zen who has ordered a couple of quarts is in a hurry to take the same out of the whiskey depot. Before getting it, however, he must be identified. Suppose he goes to the express office in such a hurry that he forgets to take along a citizen who is known to the express company and who can identify him. In that even he must hustle out and find a friend, and the friend must drop everything and go to the whiskey depot and identify the thirsty citizen. A much simpler, easier and quicker plan is to avail one’s self of the accommodating ser vices of an “identifier for hire,” who will gladly vouch for the citizen’s name, age and per sonal habits if paid 50 cents or such a matter, cash in hand. A great convenience is the “identifier for hire,” and his services are getting to be more and more in daily demand. The county is well taken care of in the financial way if you will notice the state ment. Bainbridge banks show an unusually healthy condition with somewhere in the neighbor hood of three quarters of a mil lion dollars in them. The show ing of the banks this year is a shade better than this time last year despite the various calam ities that have visited this sec tion. Has it ever occurred to you that a wore-out range wastes money in burning too much fuel and spoiling food?
