I didn’t think I’d ever be much good any longer, but when I got there I got to taking Tanlac, and sir, you may believe me or not, but the [medicine made me feel so much better and stronger that I am getting ready to go back to my old home in Shelby and go to farming again.” The above remarkable state ment was made by J. W. Tomil son, age 73, Westover, Shelby county, Ala. Mr. Tomilson is a well-known Confederate vete ran, having served three years with Brigadier General Wright. He has lived in Shelby since the end of the war. “I've been a tarmter all my life,” continued Mr. Tomiison, ‘‘and always enjoyed good health up until last summer,, when a bad attack of grippe and fever completely knocked me out and I haven’t been well since. My strength left me and my health slipped away before I knew it. I couldn’t eat or sleep to amount to anything, was terribly nerve- ous, couldn’t take interest in anything and finally got to where I had to give up work on the farm. I took all kinds of medicine, but nothing helped me and I was going down hill all the time. “A lady in Shelby county told me that Tanlac had helped her wonderfully and I promised her when I left home that I would tiy the medicine when I got to Birmingham. I carried out my piomise and am mighty glad I did. I bought a bottle and it helped me so much that when I finished taking it I got an other. I’ve taken[ three bottles in all and 1 tell you. its wonder ful what the medicine has done for me. I feel stronger and better than 1 have felt in years, eat and sleep a plenty, am full of life and energy and it does me good to know that in a few days I’ll be back on the old farm at work again. “I know I’m getting up in years, but I believe this Tanlac medicine has put me on my feet and that I am good for a good many years longer. From what Tanlac had done for me I’m satisfied it’s the best medi cine in the world.” Tanlac is sold in Bainbridge exclusively by Willis Drug Co., in Donalsonville by the Palace Drug Co; Climax by the Climax Pharmacy; Iron City, by Strick land & Cordell; Brinson, by H.
