The object of said corporation is pecuniary gain to itself and its share holders. 4th. Petitioners desire that said cor poration be granted the right and privilege to operate turpentine and naval stores businesses; commissaries to own, buy and sell real estate; to engage in the saw mill business; con struct and operate tram-roads; own, sell, operate and lease farms; engage in general mercantile businesses; lend and borrow money; discount, buy and sell commercial paper; own stock in other corporations; buy, own and sell personal property of all kinds for use in, or in connection with, any of the businesses herein mentioned; engage in the cattle and hog business, and do any and all things in connection with the businesses specified that are legitimate anil will tend to benefit the same in any way 5th. The capital stock of said corpora, lion shall be Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.60), with the privilege of in creasing the same at any'time and at various times to any amount not in excess of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars (250,000.00), which said increases shall be made by- a majority vote of the stockholders of corporation, the said stock to lie divid ed into shares of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each. The entire amount of capital stock has been subscribed and is to be noti-assessible. 6th. Petitioners desire the right to have the subscriptions to said capital stock paid in money or property to be taken at a fair valuation, which valua tion shall be determined by the direc tors of said corporation. 7th. Petitioners desire the right to sue and be sued, to have and use a common seal; to makeall necessary by laws and regulations, and do all other things that may be necessary for the successful carrying on of said business, and the right to execute notes and bonds as evidence of indebtednesses j incurred, or which may be incurred, | in the conduct of the affairs of the | corporation, and to secure the same by i mortgage, security deed or other form I of lien under existing laws. 8th. They desire the said corporation to have the power and authority to ap- ! ply for and accept amendments to its charter of either form or substance. 9th.
