Dr. J. C. Moore, perambulator and
inspector general of all drug stores
for the Eli Lilley & Company, whole
sale druggists, arrived in the city
Saturday morning for the holidays.
The Doc has been traveling in the
state of Ohio for these folks for the
past ffcw months, and when the first
snow of the season descended, Doc
hit the trail and headed Southward
for Christmas at home.
The old crowd welcomed his return
for his visit with open arms, and he
will be allowed plenty of collard
greens, back-bor.e and spare-ribs, to
sorter fill out the waste places that
have developed in his anatomy since
he has been in that section.
Lilley & Company may well feel
proud of having a genuine South
Georgia product like Doc working
the trade for them. If he doesn't
know the drug trade, then no man
does. lie will spend the holidays
with his family here, and all of his
friends are delighted.
