on January 31, 1919, and recorded in

county, and the indebtedness secured
by said instrument being in default,
I. the undersigned, will sell before
the court house door in Bainbridge,
Decatur county, Georgia, at 10 o'clock
a. m., on December 19th, 1922, those
certain two city lots and houses
thereon in the cit yof Bainbridge, De
catur county, Georgia fronting 180
feet on Bruton street and 105 feet,
more or less, on Green street, said

Not ice is hereby given, that the
second wee k, Fourth Monday, in Do-1
eember, of this Court, will be recess
ed over until the second Monday in
January, 1923, for the trial of civil
business, nnd for the trial of any de
fendants in criminal cases who may
then be in jail.
The court will meet in regular ses
sion on the third Monday in! Decem
ber, 1922, and the first week of the
Court will be held as provided by
law; and for the trial of all criminal
business, the call of the issue docket,
and for entering up judgements in
default cases.
All parties, jurors and lyitiVessos,
will take due notice hereof, and gov
ern themselves accordingly.
