8, 1921, and recorded Jure 17th, '.92;
in deed book 40, page 089 in tbe of

Coffee County, Georgia, conveying
the lands therein described to secure
the indebtedness therein described, in
cluding all expenses of this sale and
making of deed, the undersigned,
Broxton Supply Company, as attorney
in fact for Lester Day, will sell be
fore the court house door of Coffee
County on the first Tuesday in No
vember, next within the legal hours
of sale to the highest bidder for cash
the following do cribbed lands, to-wit:

demption of Lester Day in 68 7 10
acres of lot of land number four (4)
in the First District of Coffee Coun
ty, Georgia, described as bounded on
the North by a surveyed line separat
ing said property from the lands of
Fannie Day, on the East by a sur
veyed line separating said property
from the lands of Walter Day, on the
South by the original lot line of said
lot, and on the West by a surveyed
line separating said property from
tbe lands of Mrs. Mamie China, and
being the same property as that con
veyed by Lester Day to the Federal
Land Bank of Columbia, South Caro
lina, on June 19, 1919 to secure the
payment of a loan of $1200.00, as
shown by a loan deed of said date of
record in the office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Coffee County
Georgia in deed book 38, pages
433-4, which said deed is hereby re
ferred to for greater certainty of the
description of the premises herein
conveyed. Said property will be sold
subject to the security deed in favor
of Federal Land Bank of Columbia,
South Carolina, as above described;
the amount of indebtedness due under
this proceeding up to November 4,
including interest, will be $222,56. A
deed to the purchaser will be made
by the undersigned in accordance
with the power of attorney contained
in said security deed.

livered to Tanner Brice Company, a
corporation, her security deed, con
veying the lands therein described to
secure a series of notes aggregating
$5491.15 principal, each bearing in
terest from date at 8 per cent which
said security deed is recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior
court of Coffee County, Georgia on
deed book 43, pages 369-70; and
whereas, all the said indebtedness is
now due and unpaid:
THEREFORE, under and by virtue
of a power of sale contained in said
security deed, the undersigned as at

will sell at public outcry to the high
est bidder for cash before the court
house door of Coffee Count, Georgia

land line 2800 feet; thence North
418 feet; thence East 418 feet; thence
South 418 feet to the South original
land line; thence East along the South
original land line 1431 feet to the
point of beginning.
Also 119.3 acres, more or less, of
lot of land No. 46 in the First land
district of Coffee County Georgia
described as follows: Commencing
at the Northwest corner of said lot;
thence running east along the North
original land line 2184 feet; thence
South 2384 feet; thence West 2185
feet to the West original land line;
thence North along the West original
land line 2384 feet to point of begin
ning. The above two tracts of land
now encumbered with a security deed
from William Carver to Federal Land
Bank of Columbia, S. C., recorded in
deed book 38, pages 321123 for
$6000.00 and this deed is made sub
ject to said security deed.

land No. 14 in the Fourth district of
Coffee County, Georgia, situated in
the Northwest corner of said lot, in
the form of a square bounded North
and East by the the original land
lines, South by Gully Branch and an
established line dividing said lands
from the lands of Vincent Carver,
West by an established line dividing
said lands from the lands of Vincent
Carver. The above tract of land is
made subject to a security deed from
William Carver to The Volunteer
State Life Insurance Company for
$5000.00 and duly recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Superior Court.

Georgia, bounded by the original land
lines on the South and East; on the
West by agreed line and lands of
Walter Jowers, on the North by an
agreed line and lands of Mrs. James
Smith. This land being encumbered
with a loan in favor of The Volun
teers State Life Insurance Company,
duly recorded in Coffee County, Geor 1 -
gia.
The total amount due under said
security deed up to November 4th, is
$5491.15 principal and $259.91 inter
est, A deed to the purchaser will be
made by the undersigned as provided
in said power of sale.
