McDaniel-Traynham
Miss Blanche McDaniel and Mr.
Clomer Traynham were quietly mar
ried last Friday night by Magistrate
E. Todd. Miss McDaniel is the sec
ond daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. S.
McDaniel, pretty and very attractive.
Mr. Traynham is the s n of Mr. and
Mrs. W. H. Traynham. an exemplary
young man, engaged with his father
in farming near town. A successful
and happy life is wished for them.

Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Atkinson an
nounce the birth of a little girl at
their home.
Mr. and Mrs. Massee of Macon
(formerly Miss Eulalie Dorminy of
Broxton) announce the birth of a
little boy.
The circles of the B. W. M. U.
have combined and will meet each
Monday together. The union will
meet with Mrs. R. 0. Martin next
Monday.
The circles of the Methodist church
met Monday with Mrs. B. R. Leggett,
Airs. Homer Ricketson and Mrs. E. L
Moore.
Mrs. A. R. Lewis will entertain the
Baby Division and the Junior Mis
sionary Society Tuesday afternoon at
the home of Airs. Homer Ricketson.

Mr. Traynham motored up Sunday

The Workers Council of the Meth
odist Sunday School, also the Ep
worth League Council met Monday
night at the parsonage.
The Sunday school will observe

and Promotion Day. The vacancy
caused by Mrs. A. M. Baywell’s mov
ing was filled by Mrs. E. L. Moore.
