n s. UL’1,1,’8 lUlltill I,OZCIYGB.<4 are now
rapidly superceding all other prepartions for the re
lief of Cough, Colds. Asthma, Whooping Cough, Catarrh.
Tightness of the Chest, Bronchitis, and similar Pulmonary
affections.
Hundreds of persons eould now be pointed out. who have
been troubled with an old lingering Cough from five to
twenty years, and who have been entirely cuted by usiug
two or three boxes of these Lozenges. In fact, the proprie
tors have never known an instance where they did not give
perfect satisfaction.
Sudden Colds and Coughs are cared by them in a few
hours.
Several thousand boxes have been said within the last
few months, restoring to heatihpersons iu almost every stage
of Pulmonary affections apd those laboring under the most
distressing Colds and Congbs. They do not check and dry
up the cough, but render it easy, promote expectoration, re
lieve congestion, allay tbe tickling or irritation, snd remove
the proximate or exciting cause. They are made from a
combination of the most valuable expectorant, nr Cough
Medicines, and are undoubtedly superior to every thing in
use fnrthuse complaints. Hundreds upon hundreds ol cer
tificates have been offered of thoir wonderful virtues, from
those who, it is justly thought, have been saved from an un
timely grave, and restored to perfect health, by using them.
Death itself has already deprived of life ita hundreds and
iu thousands, whom this valuable medicine might have sa
ved, if it had only been taken in time. How important it is,
then, that every individual should attend to the curing of a
Cough, which lias such a powerful tendency u undermine
the cousiiiifiion before the least danger is suspected. A de
lay of a few <lsya ofren proves fatal. No medicine will be
found mor* efficacious titan these Lozenges; they are as
pleasant to the taste as sugar Candy.

SICK HK4D-ACI1I0 PILLS.
Warranted to Cure or Benoit a l’atient, or Money Be-
. . turned,.
T HESE PILLS have beennsgd extensively, and found
to be eminently successful iotlie treatment atm cure of
that truly distressing malady. SICK HEADACHE. In
order toVure any disease, strike at it* root and mote espe
cially those ihnt disturb and derange the function* of the
brain sym|iatheticaHy. ns rStcurs in this disease It comes
out at intervals a lew days cr weeks, fri iii an impaired or
enervated Mate ofdtie digestive Organ'?, and wltiHi alone is
the seat of dis-ase. Sick fread-ecfae.i*a disease common
to be found in the.country; few are more distressing in
their effects, or so little understood geneially in its natuge
and cure. Nothing will cure Sick Head-aciie. hut a tho
rough and complete change in the action of the stoic, jeh and
bowels, and at the same tune restore and invigorate them, a«,
well as to keep them well regulated. Such is tIII- nature
and efl* rt ofilte'combination of Dr. E L. SPOHN’S Sick
Hkad-acuk Pills So certain is the proprietor that these
Pills, will.cure Siek Head-aehe. that lie hereby, guarantees
lif the public, that whoever tries them without cure or bene
fit,shall have their money returned.
Every thing like reference to eolleyes. certificates, affida
vits. he. to portray the success ol the Pills with, is waived,
on the grou..d of the guarantee; but she.gr Justice requires
that the following case, amongst the inanv that have been re
cently reported, should be known at least to the afilVted:
The wife of Leary Stanley, of Houston county. Ga has
been long afflicted with . tek Head-ache, of tjie most violent
character—besides frequent attack*, ii has often (during
.hem) endangered her life—to cure which, many remedies,
have been prescribed and used, but without success. Uit-
<ie r these circumstances, she commenced the daily use of
Dr. Spohn’s Sick .'Head-ache. Pills. Scatcelv had a box of
them been taken, before slie felt and h-oked like a new per
non ; not only free from any more attacks of Sick Hesd-nrhe
but greatly in-proved in health and strength. Sl:e has taken
two boxes ol'iiie Pills and is advised to continue ih-m oe,
casionally for some time, having so long labored tinder the
disease,-and not finding before a remedy to relieve it.
The cure of Sick Head-ache is effected bv the peculiar
action of the PilTs. in restoring and invigorating the powers
of digestion, by which the proper sympathetic relation be
tween the su mach and brain is alone established. There is
not the least danger in using the Pills in any way, but re
quire o-dinaryyare and attention wltila taking them-
Each box contains 50 pills, with full directions for using.
