great men of the earth, he titan oe in admiration ;
fir he hath prepared hia medicines out of the herbs of the
field; nnd he that is wise will not abhor them.”
Physicians, medical men, and philosophers, have all
agreed that nature baa prepared a remedy for every dis
ease. A little reflection must convince every one of the
truth contained in this temark. Dr. Spencer’s Pilla are a
vegetable remedy, and all-powerful in removing disease.
They may be taken with impunity at all times without re
gard to diet or exposure, and without the debilitating ef
fects consequent on taking other medecinea. They nave
the united testimony of the whole medical profession in
lieir favor, and from their decision there is no appeal.—
tPeraons wishing topurchase cannot) be too particular to get
Spencer's Pills, as there are scores of unscenlific prepara
tions put on sale almost every day, of doubtful efficacy.—

This ia to certify, that I have been afflicted with Sick
Headache, Dyspepsia, <tnd Liver Complaint, and Costive-
neas for the last eight or nine years, during which time I
had taken, as well as I recollect, about sixty boxes of
Beckwith’s Pills, twelve boxes of Peters’ Pills, and a
number of boxes of Champion’* and Brandretb’a Pilla, all
of which afforded me bat little or no relief. _ At last, 1 was
recommended to try Doctor 8pencer'a Vegetable Pilla,
AND WELL I DID; fori never bad but one attack of the
Sick Headache after I commenced taking the Pills, (now
about six mouths.) and I candidly confess. that I have de
rived more real benefit from tbe use of Spencer’s Pills,
than from all tbe other Medicines and Pills that I have
ever taken, and I would earnestly recommend them to
all, a* being in tnv opinion the best medicine in use for
all lingering complaints. The Pilla have done me so much
good, that I would not feel witling to be without them for
five dollars a bex ; and I cannot but feel very grateful to
Dr. Spe.icer for having prepared anch a valuable medi
cine, and the distribution of it i* conferring a very great
favor on the poblie, as it is a thing of the utmost import
ance that every family should have a supply of Doctor
Speacei’s truly valuable Fills constantlv on hand.
