Five Dollars Reward.
S TOLEN on th. night of the 24th instant, from the pre
mises of the subscriber, four mile, from Macon, on the
Columbus ro.d. one MULE, and an OLD BLIND BAY
MARE; with a whi-e spot in her forehead, one hind font
wh.te; and two taddles and bridles. Tne mule returned
with one saddle, having doubtless go'ten loose from the
thief. The misting saddle, is a plain Georgia one. nearly
new. with blue housing, ailver laced.and silver plated sIvt-
upa: the small or too skirt, orns-nenied wiili yellow needle
work. The above reward will be paid to any person, who
will deliver the saddle to the subscriber, or giro information
so that it can b* got.

T HE subscribcrhas lemoved his office from tbe corucr
opposite the Floyd House, (late Cent! a! Hotel.) to
that, two doors back in toe same building?, and fronting on
third street, where ha will ba in daily attendance, from 10
•n the. morning, till 2 in the afternoon, fir the purpose more
especially of aitending to the treatment of Chronic cases
brough* from a distance; persons from the country, there
fore. calling between those times, will not. except in ex
treme esse i, be disappointed. The balance of Ins time in
the mornings, evenings, and nights, will be devoted as usu
al, to the treatment of acute cases in town, or a short dis
tance in thecouulry. when the calls ofsuch as deem itfActr
interest to procure his service* will be attended to. He
would, however, respectfully request that none but those
who are satisfied of the superiority of Botani-: remedies, or
those in possession of sufficient independence and nerve to
lest (hat fact, would trouble him with their applications, d s
none others, if known would in spy case, be attended to.
Such of the poor as cotqe within the nbove rule, will be
attended gratuitously, but he would take this opportunity
of begging that they will not think themaelves slighted, if
u should nut be convenient lor him to be always with them.
He is now receiving and will always keep a fresh and
