N offering this valuable Medicine to the people of Geor
gia, for the relief and cure of many diseases incident
:o a Southern climate, I do not claim for it infallibility;
neither do 1 say it will cure all diseases. But in
CHRONIC LIVER AFFECTIONS k DYSPEPSIA,
I can confidently advise and recommend its use,
from my personal observation and use of the article in my
own practice. This article is favorably received wherever
it ha* been used. I am allowed to refer to Mr. (Seorge
Hi ard of Troup, Mr John Warren of Colnmbus, Mr Me-
Afire of Cobb, Mr Asbu-y Hull' of Athens. Mr William
D Terrell of Putnam. Rev. JohnE-Dawson of Lagrange;
to which a great number of names might be added, who
bear their testimony to irs value.
Doctor Henry Branham has used this medicine in his
own ease, and has prescribed it to many others, gives it as
bis opinion, that it is one of die safest and most valuable
medicines that can be used in imperfect digestion, liver
complaints.constipation and irregular state of the bowels.
It is useful in bilious complaints, to persons recovering from
bili.ut fevers, and in sick or nervous head ache. To preg
nant women, who are subject to cosliveness, this medicine
is well suited. In regulating the state of the stomach gad
bowels, and promoting digestion, it is particularly useful.

This esuse came on to be heard on the transcript of the

First.—Because it is the opinion of this Court, that the
Bill holders had a paramount lien only on tbe Fund raised
by tbe sale of the Railroad from Macon to Griffin, aud so
