I OFFER FOR SALE my plantation containing
one thousand and forty acres of land, situated
nine miles south of Eufaula, Ala. There are on tho
tract about four hundred and fifty acres of cleared
land, all in a high state of cultivation; and nine
hundred acres fresh. The plantation is under a
good and new fence. There aro eight negro houses,
a largo ami comfortable dwelling house, stables and
barn bouses, all superior, large size gin house and
screw, standing one mile and a half from tho Chat
tahoochee river. All of these buildings were greeted
within the last eighteen months. Purchasers aro

crop. The lands will be exhibited by my overseer
on the place, or by myself when called on in Enfau-
la. The extension of the South Western Railroad
