A GREEAIILE to an order of the Honorable the
1V. Inferior Conrt of Jasper county, sitting as a
Court of Ordinary, will be sold, on the first Tuesday
in October next, in the town of Monticello, Jasper
county, all the lands lying in said county, belonging
to the estate of William Barclay, deceased, consist
ing ot about four hundred acres, adjoining lands of
Jehu Weathersbee, James H. Roberts, William Jen-
kius and others, near Oemuigee riversaid farm
consists of about fifty or sixty acres of first quality
bottom land, about half in cnltivation, also, a con
siderable portion of fresh laud, abont two hundred
•ores of good timbered land and a never failing
spring of good water, and the farm is well watered,
and in a high state of cultivation. Said lands sold
