Perry-Rainey College.
Monday March 18th, is Founder’s day
of Perry-Rainey, and as is customary,
the day will be appropriately celebrated.

lic exercises will be held in the chapel,

Oldest Hen On Record.
Mr, C. N. Whitehead, of Seymour,
had a hen to die last week that must
have been the longest lived one on re
cord. Sue was thirteen years and seven
mouths old when she died. She laid

Arbor Day.
March 15, is the Seaboard Air Line
Arbor Day for this year. Every one
on the line of this great railroad is ex
pected to put out a few trees on that
day and help beautify your home and
county. This is a good move and will
