- Benefit Concert.
The Benefit concert at the Institute
chapel on last Friday evening was in
every way a success. This concert was
given by the young ladies ot Lawrence
ville, assisted by the Wiuder brass band,
the proceeds to be donated to the now
Baptist church at Lawrenceville, now
being erected. These young ladies de
s-rVe much credit for getting up such
an attractive program and for carrying
it out so successfully. The audience
last Fri lay evening was large aud ap
preciative. The vocal solos by the
young ladies charmed every one and
were greatly enjoyed and appreciated.
The recitation by Mi<s Addie Brand
was one of the features of the evening
and she deserved all the coniDliments
she received. Alisses LueJle and Julia
Brand, the beautiful little daughters of
Col. C. H. Brtind, iu a du4t completely
captivated the audience. The Winder
oand made some sweet music and we
feel like saying this was the best concert
Winder has had iu a long while.
DEAFNESS CANNOT BE CURED
by local applications as they cannot
reach the diseased portion of the ear.
There is only one way to cure deafness,
and that is by constitutional remedies.
Dearness is caused by an infl tmed co
-of the mucaous lining of the
Eustachian Tube When this tube is
inflamed you have a rumbling sound or
imperfect hearing, and when it is en
tirely closed, Deafness is the result, and
unless the inflammation can be taken
out and this tube restored to its normal
condition, hearing will be destroyed for
ever; nine cases out of ten are caused by
Catarrh, which is nothing but an in
flamed condition of the mucuous sur

We wili give One Hundred Dollars
for any case of Deafness (caused by
catarrh) that cannot be cured by Hall’s
