STRANGE & COMPANY, Leaders in Style, Regulators and Controllers of Low Prices To The Citizens o Winder I notice that a mass meeting of the citizens has besn called by the mayor for next Tuesday to put out a ticket for mayor and council. Ic is amusing t.o one who remembers the past, to see the notice. In 1895 a meeting of the same kind was called and the present mayor, who now makes this call and some who with him now favor a mass meeting op posed it bitterly then and did all in their power to keep every one out, and after the meeting nominated a ticket of good men the present mayor and some of those who now favor a mass meeting bolted and ran an opposition tiket. We fail to see their consistancy. A tiket of good and representative men has al ready been placed in the field and en dorsed by the people generally and will be elected by a large mrjority. We tried a mass meeting once and some of the main parties now favoring one are the very ones who would not support the candidates put out at that meeting oecause they oould not have it their way. A Large majority of the voters are sat isfied with the ticket already ont and will have nothing to do with a meeting the object of which is to put out anoth er - Respectly, Citizen. Yes, August Flower still has the largest sale of any medicine in the civ ilized world, Your mothers’ and grand mothers’ never thought of using any thing else for Indigestion or Bilionsness. Doctors were scarce, and they seldom heard of Appendicitis, Nervous Prostra tion or Heart failure, etc. They used August Flower to clean out the system and stop fermentation of undigested food, regulate the action of the liver, stimulate the nervous and organic ac tion of the system, and that is all they took when feeling dull and b<*d with headaches and other aches. You only need a few doses of Green’s August Flower, in liquid form, to make you sat isfied there is nothing serious the mat. ter with you. Sample bottles at Win der Drug Cos.
