Some Facts.
Some people think that all advertis
ing is just to catch people’s
money regardless of truth or principle.
If this was our only idea in advertis
ing, we promise you we would now and
forever quit advertising any thing we
keep for sale. We would not have you
think, however, that we are trying to
impress you that we are more honest
than every body else, for we know that
human nature is more or less the same
whereter you find it.
BUT TO THE POINT;
We now have on our bargain counter
230 pairs Women’s and Children’s
Shoes both low aud high cut which we
are going to sell regardless of cost.
We also have on our bargain counter
up stairs 200 pairs of Men’s Shoes which
we propose to sell regardless of cost. In
other words, a general cleaning up sale
of Shoes.
In these job lots we do not promise
you all sizes, but some of them are just
as good styles as any store has in Shoes.
If in these job lots, we cau not fit
yon, we cau fit you from our regnlar
stock iu just as good and stylish Shoes
as can be found from the beet leading
shoe manufactures.
This is no song aud dance or child’s
play; we mean what we say. We con
gratulate ourselves on the fact that our
Shoe trade is continually increasing—
especially in fine goods. The only ex
planation is, we sell fine Shoes cheaper
than oar competitors do,
For proof of this, bay from us and
