Notice is hereby given that an election will be hold on the 2nd day of August 1900 at the respective election precincts in said county, to determine whether the Act of the General Assem bly, approved December 20tb, 1899, En tit'ed Act to prohibit the manufacture of any spirituous, mault, or intoxicating liquors, except domestio wines made from grapes or berries, within the limits of Jacksou county, shall be ratified by the people of Jackson county. All per sons voting at said election, who are against the manufacture of any spirit uous, malt or intoxicating liquors, as are mentioned in said Act, shall have written or printed on their tickets the words “against the manufacture,” and those who favor the manufacture of the articles mentioned, in said Act, shall have written or printed on their tickets the words “for the manufacture.” This July 3rd, 1900.
