By virtue of an order granted by the
Ordinary of Jackaou county Georgia—
Will be sold on the first Tuesday iu De
cember 1900 —w'ithin the leg;d hours of
sale, before the court house door at Jef
ferson in said county the following
real estate, to wit: Three tracts or par
cels of land lying iu said county.
Lot No. 1 containing seventy nine
and three-fourths acres, more or less,
bounded on the south by the lauds of
Mrs. Pentecost. E B. Martin aud Levi
Martin ; by lot No. 2 on the east; by
lands of G. W. Mitchell on north east;
by lands of Mrs. Susan Morris and the
Freeman place ou the north west.
