T. perry property and is more particular ly described as follows: Beginning at a corner on the Mon roe road joining lot 12 of said subdi vision; thence running north 36*4 de grees west 300 feet along said road to a corner; thence in a western direction 310.5 feet to a corner joining the M. C. Tanner property; thence in a south eastern direction along said Tanner line 252 feet to a corner; thence a a straight line in an eastern direction 570 feet to the beginning point. Levied on and to lie sold as the prop erty of J. L. Darby to satisfy a ft. fa. Issued from the City Court of Monroe In favor of J. W. Haynie for the use of the Bank of Lawrenceville against J. L.
