Parker, Ordinary Barrow county, Georgia : Dear Sir: As per yonr instructions to me to audit the entire records of Barrow county, I beg to submit herewith my re port. This Audit is made in detail, also in ] a very condensed form from January 16 1920, to January 1, 1921, inclusive. I would suggest that the county books bo kept more accurately in de tail, showing from whence the money came and to what particular depart ment the same was paid, as entirely too many vouchers are issued under the head of “Other* Objects or Miscellane- ous,” each voucher should state definite ly to what department it should be charged and for WHAT. Would aiso suggest that all out-stand ing obligations, such as open accounts, notes and etc. be kept in an accurate manner, and that notes paid and inter est paid certainly should be kept sep arate and an accurate record made of each Individual transaction. Respectfully submitted, C. O. NIBLAt’K. CONDENSED STATEMENT Barrow County as of January Ist, 1921.
