that Mr. Jacobs, the secretary, has l*sm

not able to secure them from him. He

Mrs. Callie Hosch
(tur Heavenly Father in His infinite
wisdom has seen tit to take from us on
September 20tli a beloved woman. Airs.
Callie Hosch, aged 6s. Site was the
mother o'f two sons. W. Al. and A. II
Hosch, the latter preceding her some
two years.
Early in life she joined the .Method
ist ehureli and was ever a faithful and
devoted member, livNtg a life of ser-vico
and shedding an influence for good and
right. She was a lovable woman, trap
mother, and all who knew her said,
“She is a good woman.”
or life was beautiful in character
and her hands were never too tired to
help those in sickness and distress.
Her love and devotion to her family
was unusual. She has erected a mon
ument more lasting than cold marble.
During the lust week of her life her
illness was such as to cause intense
suffering but her patience and submis
sion were inspiring to the one who
ministered to her.
Many lives have been sweetened and
euobled by her having lived. To her
loved ones her life was too short, but
the good Father does not estimate a
life by months and years.
Sleep, dear friend, the sleep of the
just, as the redeemed through Christ
.Jesus, ‘till the resurrection morn when
you shall hear: "Well done, good and
faithful one: enter now into the inher
itance prepared for you from the foun
dation of the world. Yours will lw
an inspiration to us in moulding our
lives.
