Mr. and Mrs. Marion O'Farrell of Athens were visitors in the city awhile Sunday. Mrs. W. I). Bolton and daughter, Kathleen, of Elberton, Mrs. J. C. Coop er, and children, of Bogart, and Mrs. E. M. Smith of Bogart were the week end guests of their mother, Mrs. W. D. McDonald. Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Lanier and two sons. Hardy and Sidney, of Washing ton?, D. €.. will be the guest of rela tives here for several days. Miss Helen Arnold spent the week end here with her parents. Mr. itnd Mrs. J. H. Wall and chil dren spent Sunday at Mars Hill with the latter's sister, Mrs. Jim Cook. Several from here went down to Winder Sunday evening to hear Rev. W. Collins at the Methodist church. Miss Ruth Arnold returned last week from a five-weeks' visit to her Sisters, Mrs. R. L. Smith of Talbotton. wild Miss Myrtle Arnold, of Atlanta. Messrs. J. B. Robertson and Hoyt jßoberfsoii went down to Atlanta Sat urday to consult a specialist and take treatment for a very sore tongue and mouth of .1, B. Robertson. Mrs. R. A.
