REUNION OF THE BOSS FAMILY.
On August 21st being the birthday of
Mrs. J. J. Boss and her ivalul son, W.

in a certain security deed executed and
delivered by J. W. Kesler to Mrs. Ida

Ida L. Chamberlin will sell, at public

This sale is made for the purpose of
satisfying a certain note, secured by
the above stated deed, said note given
by said J. W. Kesler to the said Mrs.
Ida L. Chamberlin, for the sum of Five
Thousand ($5,000) Dollars, and dated
August 2flth, 1920. and due three years
after date. This note, however, dis
tinctly provided that in case of de
fault in interest for thirty days that
the entire note could be matured and
become collectible. A default for
much more than thirty days hms been
made in the payment of interest, there
having been paid only SIOO.OO on March
11th. 1022. and In accordance with the
terms of said note and deed the said
Ida L. Chamberlin has matured said
note and will sell this property as the
property of the said J. W. Kesler for
the purpose of satisfying said note,
principal, interest and all eosts of this
sale.
