of Ordinary of Barrow County Georgia

First Tuesday in October 1922, at the
Court house door in said County, be
tween the legal hours of sale the follow
ing described tract and parcel of land in
said County of Barrow and State of
Georgia to-wit;
An undivided one-lialf interest in
the following property, A certain Gin
House Lot, situated, lying and being
in Bethlehem District, Barrow County,
Georgia, described as follows:
Beginning on a rock corner on Brown
Branch 210 feet in a westerly direc
tion to a rock corner: thence 210 feet
in a southerly direction to a rock cor
ner: thence 210 feet in an easterly di
rection to a rock corner; thence 210
feet in a northerly direction to the be
ginning rock earner, containing one
acre of land, together with a road right
of way 20 feet wide from the Winder
and Loganville public road, together
with a half interest in the machinery
in said gin house, to-wit: three 70 saw
Gullett gin outfit.
Also one R. D. Cole 50-horse pow
er engine and 60 horse power boiler all
complete and in place and a lot of cord
wood.
Terms of sale cash. Sold as part of
the osiiate of Arch Perry deceased for
the purpose of paying debts and dis
tribution to the heirs. The other undi
vided half interest in the said prop
erty will be offered for sale at the
same time, so that the entire interest
may be bought by a purchaser.

South side of the Seaboard Air Line

of Bush Avenue and a certain alley,
and runs back along said alley 150 feet
to May street; thence west along May
street 100 feet to lot known as Lot No.
107, formerly owned by G. B. Mathews;
thence along said lot north 150 feet to
Bush avenue; thence east along Bush
avenue 100 feet to the beginning cor
ner, at the corner of said avenue and
the alley, containing one-half acre,
more or less, and being the same prop
erty deeded by .1. L. Mathews to J. C.

This sale is made for the purpose of
satisfying a certain note, secured by
the above stated deed, said note given
by said ,T. W. Kesler to the said Mrs.
Idu L. Chamberlin, for the sum of Five
Thousand (,$5,000) Dollars, and dated
August 26tli. 1920, and due three years
after date. This note, however, dis
tinctly provided that in case of de
fault in interest for thirty days that
the entire note could he matured and
become collectible. A default for
much more than thirty days has been
made in tlie payment of interest, there
having been paid only SIOO.OO on Mai oh
11th. 1922, and in accordance with the
terms of said note and deed the said
Ida U. Chamberlin has matured said
note and will sell this property as the
property of the said ,T. W. Kcslcv for
the purpose of satisfying said note,
principal, interest and all co-ts of this
