The reason for making said sale and
reinvestment or exchange of lands is
that the income of said ward will be
increased on account of increased ren
tals of the lands to he secured; the
estate of said ward will be benefitted
on account of the securing of a more
valuable tract of land, the tract to be
obtained in said exchange being much
larger and more valuable than the in
terest now owned, and in case of suid
lands being divided upon said wards
coming of age, the tract to be secured
fan he divided more advantageously.

ny Wall, who is seriously ill.

the latter’s father, Mr. W. T. Prickett.
