TRUSTEE'S SALE OF LAND.

In pursuance ol an onlcr granted by
N..L. Hutchins, Esq., Referee In Bank
ruptcy. the undersigned will sell subject
<o confirmation by the said Referee,
before the county court house of said
county, at eleven o'clock, A. M. Eas

and being in the county of Harrow.

corner, thence cast by lands of Hud

acres according to survey, and has
good buildings including residence, and

munity and is in every way desirable.
This land will tie sold by the under
signed as the Trustee in Bankruptcy

der nil agreement with W. M. Maxey.
The bankrupt having an equity in the
said property and W. M Maxey hav
ing legal title, and the place is sold
under a written contract with said
W. M. Maxey and by his consent and
tlie purchaser will obtain deeds from
both the undersigned as Trustee afore
said and also from said W. M. Maxey.
