and seventy-live (775) feet to an iron
pin stake on Broad street; thence along
Broad treet S 43 1-2 E two hundred
(2001 feet to the beginning corner on
Broad street. Said tract, of land con
taining four town acres more or less,
and known as the Dora Allen Tract

That said deed is recorded in Deed
Book D. page 207, Clerk's office, Bar
row Superior Court, and the deed con
tains among other things that if the
aforesaid debt or note is not prompt
ly paid at maturity, according to the
tenor of said note or if the interest in
stallments are not promptly paid as
they mature, then the said J,, M. Now
ell, his agent or legal representative is
authorized to sell said property, after

There will be preaching at this place
Saturday night; everybody invited to
attend. Remember the Sunday school

We had a very heavy rain Sunday
afternoon.
A large crowd attended the all-day
singing at Bogart Sunday.
Glad to say that little Forgenia Ken
lion who was real sick last week is
able to be out again.
Mrs. Abby Griffeth, Mrs. Add Jack
son and Mrs. Eula Ward visited Mrs.
Doster last week. Glad to know she
is better and hope she will soon be
well.

it up, not knowing what it was. ami it
exploded and shot her hand off. We
hope she will get along all right.

Wood Saturday night was enjoyed by
those present.
Mr. and Mrs. John Butler are all
smiles over the arrival of a tine boy at
their home.
We are sorry to report Mr. H. s.
Etheridge is on the sick list; hope
lie will soon be better.
