On the line of Warren and Glascock counties, we
have, beyond a doubt, one of the best farms for the mon
ey ever offered in Georgia.
This is a Strong Statement
but if you could see the farm, you would agree with us.
It is only two and one half miles from Beall Springs, five
miles from Gibson, county seat of Glascock, and eight
miles from Warrenton, all railroad towns.
500 acres in cultivation, 800,000 feet of yellow pine
lumber to be sawed, one nice S-room residence, and four
4-room tenant houses. Gin and corn mill on this farm.
The owner of this 1000-acre farm will accept some farm
land in exchange, but must be well located.
If there is a farm this size in Jackson county worth
SSO per acre, this farm we offer you at
$22.50, is worth $50.00.
It is an unusual bargain and some man who wants
land enough to locate his children on with him, had bet
ter see us at once. There is plenty of land for all who
want it, but it is seldom you can find as desirable a place
as this.
