duties.
Rev. William Dunbar returned
Monday night from Hawkins’ camp
meeting in Banks county. Rev.
W. T. Hunnicutt, of Cartersville,
filled the pulpit at the Methodist
church Sunday, during the pastor’s
absence, Dr. Hunnicutt preeeeded
the present pastor to this charge,
and the congregation was delighted
at having opportunities of his min
istrations again. He is at present
on a vacation, and will spend much
of this week in the city with friends.

the good wishes of their large num
ber of acquaintances.
Home-Coming at Windsor
There will be an interesting gath
ering at Windsor, in Walton, on
the third Saturday in August.
The Sunday school at that placp
has selected that date as a Home-
Coming Day, and will have a special
program to render.
This is in one of the oldest settled
communities in this section of the
State, and people from this place
now living in different sections will
find this a splendid opportunity to
greet old friends and renew ac
quaintances.
Will Clean Cemetery
All who are interested in the cem
etery at Old Pentecost are urged to
meet at the church Friday morning,
Aug loth, for the purpose of clean
ing off the cemetery grounds. Bring
such tools as will be needed with
you, also wagons and wheel-barrows
to haul sand. The ladies are invit
ed to bring brooms.
