The Same as in 1913. The Fund Goes Into
City Treasury for General Expense.

Sec. 79- Each person, firm, company, <>r corporation, doing elec*
trical work, such as wiring houses* etc., shall pay a tax of Fifteen Dollars
provided the work to he done shall lx* in compliance with the rules and
regulations* of the Southeastern Tariff Association. Before license shall
le granted such party or firm, he or they shall procure of the Water and
Light Commission and their Superintendent a permit for such license.
Sec. 80. Each person, persons, firms, companies, or corporations
desiring to engage in any line of business, for which there is not a busi
ness or specific tax levied and named herein, shall apply to the clerk of
council for license, before entering into said line of business, and shall
pay a tax left to the discretion of the Mayor
gee. 81. Be it further ordained by tlie authority aforesaid, that
the Mayor of the City of Winder, shall have the right to revoke.any li
cense issued under these ordinances, whenever the business so conducted
is in violation of any State law, or in violation of any of the Ordinances
of the City of Winder, or any other reprehensible conduct detrimental
to the morals and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Winder,
and said license shall stand revoked until the next regular meeting of
Council, and at which meeting the said Mayor shall submit to the Coun
cil his action in the premises, and if the same is sustained by the Coun
cil the said license shall he permanently revoked, otherwise to be re
stored.
S.'c. S2. Be it further ordained by the authority aforesaid that all
money collected from these specific or business taxes as provided for by
ordinances, shall be placed to tin credit of the general expenses of the
City Government.
