Court of Ordinary, March Term, 1915
Georgia—Harrow county.
The new county of Barrow having
been divided into militia districts as
provided by section 842 of the Code
as is shown bv the minutes of this
Court, and it appearing to the Court
that it is necessary to have an
election to fill vacancies in the of
fices of constables and Justices of
the Peace in the districts herein
after mentioned, it is ordered by the
Court that an election be held on
the first Saturday in April. 1915, in
each of the following militia dis
tricts for the officers named with
reference to each district and at
the several places designated for
such elections in the several dis
tricts as follows:
1. In 1742 district it is ordered
that two Constables be elected on
the date mentioned at the Court
House of said district.
2. It is ordered that an election
be held in Jones district at D. D.
Jones’ store for a Justice of the
Peace and two Constables.
3. It is ordered that an election
be held in Bethlehem district at
the Court Blouse of the old 249
district for a Justice of the Peace
and two Constables.
4. It is ordered that an election
be held in the 316 district at the
iCourt House for a Justice of the
Peace and two Constables.
N 5. It is ordered that an election
•be held in Auburn district for two
Constables at the store of J. G.
Wood.
6. It is ordered that an election be
held in Pentecost district at County
Line school house for a Justice of
the Peace and two Constables.
7. It is ordered that an election
he held in 243 district for two Con
stables and a Justice of Peace at
the Justice Court room in said dis
trict.
It is ordered further that this
action be spread upon the minutes
of this Court and be advertised in
The Winder News, the official organ
.for thirty days, and also that it be
advertised in each of the several
districts affected as provided by
law.

Twelve Months’ Support.

appraisers appointed to set aside
twelve months’ support for Mrs. F.
M. Williams and three minor chil
dren, widow of the late F. M. Wil
liams, of this county, have filed their
return, setting aside all of said es
tate after paying burial expenses
to the said widow and the said
three minor children. Therefore
this is to cite all concerned to ap
pear at my office at the April term
of Court and show cause, if any they
can, why said support should not be
set aside.
