aside a twelve months support, for
Mrs. Marium Miller and two minor
children, widow and minors of the
plate J. J. Martin of said County,
have filed their return. This is to
cite all concerned to show cause
if any they can, at the November
Term, 1916 why said support should
not be set aside.

guardian of Robert A. Gofer, Catli
len Fay Cofer, Alton Sandford Co
fer and Emland May Cofer, intend
to apply to Judge Superior Court of
said county, for an order to sell a
certain tract of land situated on
Athens and Winder road 1 1-4 miles
East of Stattam, Ga., in Barrow
county and in 1742d district, contain
ing 27 1-2 acres more or less, for
the purpose of reinvesting. My
reason for selling and reinvesting
is to get more land to cultivate and
to'add to the estate.

These several tracts of land will
be sold to the highest bidder for
cash subject to the confirmation ol
the Court.
The last described property, name
ly, two houses and lot on Athens
Street, will be sold as follows: Each
home and half of the entire lot with
dividing line commencing at the cen
ter of said l'ot on Athens Street and
extending to the center of the real
line, will be offered for sale separate
ly and, then, the entire lot with the
two houses will be offered as a whole
and the highest and best bid will be
reported to the Court for confirma
tion,

herein described and offered for sale
can be had by application to the un

at Winder, Ga., and a full and fair in
vestigation of all of these proper
ties is desired by the Trustee upon
the part of any and all parties in

The properties on Athens street are
very desirable for manufacturing

September Term, 1916, thereof, the
undersigned, as receivers of the es
tate of the late John A. Segars, de
ceased, for the purpose of distribu
tion in accordance with the decree
rendered in said Court, will offer for

fronting on Broad street 25 feet, and

the store room belonging to the
estate of H. S. Segars, deceased,
there are offices and a large hall
now used by several Secret Orders,
including Mascnsi and Odd Fellows,
and with the sale of this store room
will go an undivided one-half inter
est in said offices and hall above.
These farm lands are rented for
the year 1917 to good tenants, and
possession (thereof can be had by
the first of 1917 subject to the rent
contracts now existing.
The store room is also rented for
the year 1917, and possession of it
can be had from first of the. year
1917, subject to the rent contract.
The terms of the saie will be as
follows: One half cash and the re
mainder in one year with eight per
cent per annum on the deferred pay
ments from January 1, 1917, except
as to lot number one, known as the
Segars home place, containing 81
acres, more or less, and the terms
of sale as to this tract will be one
third cash and the remainder in five
years, in equal annual installments,
bearing interest at the rate of 8
per cent per annum from January
1, 1917, the installments payable No
vember 15, in each year.
These lands are to be sold for the
purpose of distribution in accordance
with the decree of Barrow Superior
Court entered at the September
Teim, 1916, with reference to the
estate of John A. Segars, deceased,
in the cause of J. W. and J. J. Se
gars, Receivers of said estate. This
the 11th day of October, 1916. For
