Before me, an officer duly authorized
by law to administer oaths, personally
appeared G. A. Johns, who on oath
deposes and says that he was a candi
date in the primary election held
throughout the State on September 8,
1920, for office of State Senator from
the twenty-seventh Senatorial District,
composed of the counties of Walton,
Oconee and Harrow, and that in the
conduct of his candidacy he expended
the sums hereinafter named for the
purposes named and set forth, to-wit:
Three assessment fees levied by the
executive committees of the counties of
of tlie District, $55.00; one mailing list
of Walton county, $10.00; announce
ment fees to six newspapers of District,
$09.00; cards, stationery, postage, ad
vertising matter in news papers, $193.-
38; hotel hills, hire of automobiles,
gasoline, oils, $102.50; total $429.88.
Deponent further says that all of these
funds so expended in the said campaign
were his own funds and that no one
else cotributed any part thereof. De
ponent further says that this affidavit
is made in pursurance of the law, with
in the time prescribed by law and to
be filed and published as is provided
by law.
