CARD OF THANKS
*
Through the News we wish to ex
press our heart-felt thanks to our
neighbors and friends for the words
of sympathy, kind deeds and many
courtesies shown us during the illness
and death of our precious little boy.
Words are inadequate to express our
appreciation for the many beautiful
floral offerings. May God bless and
richly reward each and every one of
you.—Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Hardigree.
WE ARE AT LAST OPEN FOR BUSINESS, AND WE ARE NOT
EGOTISTIC, BUT WHEN WE SAY WE HAVE THE MOST UP-TO
DATE FURNITURE STORE IN NORTH EAST GEORGIA, WE ARE
JUST SIMPLY STATING FACTS.
Especially when it comes to Art Squares and Rugs. Listen, these
goods were bought at 20 per eet under the whole-sale price, and we are
passing them to you at the same rate.
You cannot find a more complete assortment-of patterns and to match, ,
too, even in Atlnnta or Athens, than right here in your own town, at 33 1-3
to 50 per cent cheaper than in larger cities.
We have just completed remodleing our store, and have one of the
best stocks of merchandise ever shown here, and all we sk to convince you
that our prices are absolutely right, is for you to make a call and com
pare, that's all.
Now we read most every day about these profiteering concerns, such
as automobile manufacturing plants cutting down prices, (while they
have plenty of room to cut, and still make several hundered per cent)
I)o you know that there has not been a single furniture dealer in
the whole Unted States had a single indictment of any kind in these
testing times just gone through? While every thing that goes into the'*
making of furniture had advanced time and again, while the manufac
turers and dealers have sold goods on a closer margin than any class
of business, the records will substaniate this statement.
/
Now we have all kinds of Seamless Art Squares 9x12 Taps from
$30.50; Velvets $55.00; Axministers from $55.00 to $72.50; Wiltons, (the
best made) SIIO.OO to $127.50.
Bed-room suits, most any price and finish, Old Ivory or Brown Ma
hogany, odd dressers, wood beds, iron beds and the National Advertised
Hoosier Kitchen Cabinets, Globe, Wernicki Bookcase, Red Cross Mattress,
Blue Ribbon Springs, Columbia Graffonola and the Simmons Beds.
In fact, we are now ready to serve you, come to “The Old Reliable
Furniture Store,” where we
Sell-a-henp; sell cheap; keep everlastingly at it.
Yours to serve and please,
W. T. Robinson
